Selecting the Correct Cover For Your
Needs
Car covers come in all shapes, sizes
and materials-just like the vehicles
they protect, but just as you wouldn't
race out and buy the first new car that
you see, neither should you purchase
a car cover without first knowing the
ins and the outs of what's available.
Remember, what seems like a minor investment
now might save you thousands of dollars
in resale value or paint repair in a
few years.
Car covers offer an effective defense
against the obvious factors that drain
the life out of your vehicle's finish;
sun, rain and snow- plus all of the
contaminants that are airborne or in
precipitation. Car covers also protect
from falling acorns, tree sap, flying
gravel, even the neighbors children,
plus any number of other potentially
damaging elements. Cars that are covered
require less frequent washing and waxing
and, at the very least, a cover will
keep the temperature inside your vehicle
dramatically lower in the summer months,
prolonging the life of its interior
in the process.
You might be surprised but, the very
finest car covers are not waterproof!
While a completely water proof car cover
sounds like a good idea, in truth it
can be more damaging than no protection
at all. A waterproof cover will not
allow moisture caught under it to escape,
trapped, the contaminants eventually
harden onto the vehicle's paint, sometimes
etching and marking the finish irreversibly.
Beware of cheap "waterproof" covers!
There are two major considerations that
must be made when shopping for a car
cover. First, what level of protection
do you need? Understandably, the owner
who garages his classic Corvette and
is wishing only to keep the dust off
of its finish is looking for an entirely
different product than an individual
whose daily driver is subjected alternately
to heavy winter snows and the baking
summer sun. Secondly, you must consider
how often you will be using this cover,
once a week? Twice? How about three
times a day? A bulky, ill-fitting car
cover can be so troublesome, frustrating
and unattractive that you cease to use
it after a few weeks, leaving your car
exposed and your wallet a bit lighter.
Luckily, our car covers available fit
nearly every demand-from high use, heavy
protection, to lightweight or indoor.
We carry five different varieties, each
designed for a specific need and each
available in a custom fit for nearly
any vehicle ever made! From the three
layered Noah, capable of withstanding
the natures harshest conditions, while
remaining remarkably lightweight, to
our Sunbrella or Dustop, the ultimate
in sun or dust protection. There are
also the Weathershield and the Evolution,
a four layer multi-purpose cover that
allows you to "garage" your vehicle
anywhere you take it. Do yourself, and
your car, a favor, pick a cover that's
right for your needs and order today!

CarCoverUSA.com
The Covercraft product line. In 1965, Covercraft was opened
for business by Bob Lichtmann in Southern California’s San
Fernando Valley. At that time, it was just a 2-man operation,
manufacturing custom-patterned car covers for street rods,
the import sports car market and aftermarket automotive
parts suppliers. During these first 40 years, Covercraft
has grown to a team of over 400 employees and expanded into
three manufacturing locations, with headquarters in historic
Pauls Valley, 60 miles south of Oklahoma City. In four decades,
the company has amassed a library of over 55,000 cover patterns
and continues to add new applications daily. Covercraft
pioneered the market for custom fit vehicle covers and over
the years has added programs for a wide variety of products
for exterior and interior protection - seat protectors,
front end masks, tonneau covers, window heat shields and
pet travel items. “Covercraftsmanship” has resulted in the
company being certified to both TS16949:2002, a worldwide
quality system standard, and ISO 14001, an environmental
quality program. Still family-owned, Covercraft has always
maintained the highest standards, utilized the finest materials
and remained on the cutting edge of manufacturing technology.....but
it’s our people who assure we put “Covercraftsmanship” in
everything we build!

CoverkingCarCovers.com
sells the complete Coverking product line. Coverking
was founded in 1986. Since then, Coverking purchased various
automotive companies, some of which dated back to 1974.
Quality, Technology, and Service lead to our stellar Customer
Satisfaction, are the basis of all product lines. Coverking
was founded in Southern California by an Industrial and
Electrical Engineer who worked in Southern California's
Aerospace Defense industry. The experience and knowledge
acquired over decades of work on the most sophisticated
defense weapons systems was applied to the relatively backward
industry of cut-and-sew custom automotive accessories. Advanced
CAD/CAM systems which were designed for aerospace use were
purchased for making Custom Dash Covers. Overkill, perhaps,
but it brought the Dash Cover market (which was content
with production times of 30 days) quite a jump in business
when Coverking began supplying a custom, one-off product
in 1 day. The accuracy and precision of the CAD and CAM
systems lead to previously unattainable levels of pattern
quality, and the automation created efficiencies which allowed
Coverking to produce better fitting product, in a fraction
of the time, for less money that the competitors of the
day. This same recipe was later applied to Custom Floor
Mats, Custom Car Covers, Custom Seat Covers and Custom Sunshields.
With each of these product lines, Coverking gained market
share and raised the bar for the automotive aftermarket.
Coverking continues to expand into markets where quality
and efficiency are rewarded, while maintaining it's main
manufacturing base in California, and it's commitment to
our employees, suppliers and customers. Coverking pioneered
ISO Quality Standards in the Automotive Soft goods Accessory
market. Coverking was the first Automotive Soft goods Aftermarket
manufacturer to gain ISO Quality Certification. After Coverking
set the bar by gaining the strict ISO:9001 certification,
other manufacturers were forced to improve their quality
systems. Coverking continues it's lead, having attained
QS:9000 and TS16949 certifications. What is the TS16949
Quality System? ISO/TS 16949:2002 is an International Standards
Organization Technical Specification, which aligns existing
American (QS-9000), German (VDA6.1), French (EAQF) and Italian
(AVSQ) quality systems standards, with the aim of eliminating
the need for multiple certifications to satisfy multiple
customer requirements. Together with ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS
16949:2002 specifies the quality system requirements for
the design/development, production, installation and servicing
of products. In addition, there are customer specific requirements
that are required by individual subscribing vehicle manufacturers.
Why produce such a high level of quality for products such
as seat covers, car covers and dash covers? To some, the
expense, time and effort spent attaining these quality standards
seems overkill for the products manufactured. Coverking
is Passionate about products - Purchasing a Coverking product
is that it will most likely fit better, be made of superior
materials, and cost less in a year's time. Coverking's passion
flows from the top down. Upper management sets the tone
for our level of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Some cutting-edge manufacturing processes have been developed
by Coverking for making products the best they can possibly
be. Critical view of products and always consider customer
feedback. If you have any questions on Coverking quality
systems, please contact us. Coverking enjoys an environment
of empowerment for all employees. Coverking has thrived

is committed to manufacturing the best Custom Car Covers,
